Citizen Telugu movie, a perfect blend of action, romance and suspense is directed by Journey Fame director M. Saravanan. Citizen is a dubbed version of Tamil movie Ivan Vera Mathiri whose Telugu distribution rights are taken by B Subrahmanyam , Subash Chandra Bose and Suresh.

The romantic thriller film starring at actor Prabhu’s son Vikram Prabhu who made his debut and impressed critics with Gajaraju movie and Surabhi in the lead roles. Other cast includes Ganesh Venkatraman, Vamsikrishna, Hariraj. Let’s begin with movie review and story.

The story of Citizen turns around Vikram Prabhu who plays a role of city-bred youth who see things with anger that occurs every now and then. Even, he irritate at some of the happenings in the society very intensely that turns him into an angry young man. Meanwhile, he met Surabhi and fall in her love, then he teaches valuable lessons to the State Law Minister and his brother (Vamsi Krishna) who is the core of the story.

According to the movie review, the movie scored average reviews, despite the good performance of Ganesh Venkatraman as a powerful cop along with Vamsi Krishna in negative role. The script won’t have anything unique or appealing and that’s why the effort of cast and crew goes in vain. Movie scored mixed reviews.

The background score and soundtrack, which is composed by C. Sathya in the Citizen has four songs in total. The new urban look of Vikram in this action movie is applauded by the audience that overshadowed the script somewhere. Though, suspense is well cast in the movie, but meanwhile it seems a bit monotonous and won’t able to allure much audience, as per the reviews.
